I am a biomedical consultant scientist and molecular biotechnologist. My research experience spans immunology, haematology, cancer biology, regenerative biology, and developmental biology.
My work integrates experimental and computational approaches to investigate cellular identity, plasticity, and state transitions during development, regeneration, inflammation, and disease. I combine stem-cell and organoid systems, genome engineering, perturbation-based approaches, multi-omics, machine learning, and computational modelling to study immune regulation and disease-associated cellular states.
Alongside functional genomics, I have expertise in pharmaceutical bioinformatics, including structural bioinformatics, predictive modelling, and machine learning for drug discovery and translational research. I also serve on the Bio-protocol Peer Reviewer Board, reviewing experimental protocols across molecular and biomedical research.
